THE ALTRIS HIGH PERFORMING TEAMS PROGRAMME (HPT)

Our belief is that for teams to be high performing, they need to be designed that way. Our programmes can be delivered in two parts.

The first part works with the team to develop a common purpose and shared values, an appreciation of the team’s unique mix of people, and an alignment of the roles and practices needed to achieve the team’s goals.

The second part focuses on the role of the leader in creating high performing teams. We take the leader on a journey beginning with understanding and aligning the team’s and the leader’s purpose with organisational goals, through to specific skill development (feedback, coaching, motivation and delegation) built on a foundation of understanding themselves and others. Programmes are typically 9 - 12 months to allow time to embed learning into everyday leadership practice.

High performing specialist programme (HPS)

Our High Performing Specialist programme is focused on the experts within your organisation who don't lead or manage others but still have a significant impact on your performance. We believe that only investing in the technical skills of this group is one-dimensional and that the high performing organisation recognises that these experts can, and should be, leaders within the organisation. They can have as much impact on the culture and people within the business as people leaders do. The Altris High Performing Specialist programme is amongst the first designed purely for specialists to develop their influencing and stakeholder engagement skills and improve their ability to make an impact. Like our HPT programme it enables the specialist leader to explore and design their form of leadership, supported by skills such as mentoring and giving feedback, collaborating and influencing without authority, built on a foundation of understanding themselves and others. Programmes are typically 9 - 12 months to allow time to embed learning into everyday practice.

Introverted
leaders

The myth exists that leaders must be vibrant, charismatic and able to make a speech at the drop of a hat. This is the myth of the extrovert leader. But where does this leave introverts? We help introverted individuals to explore how they can thrive as leaders, learn to harness their natural talents and be seen to lead with credibility and authenticity.
